Original recipe yield:

2 servings
PREP TIME 15 Min
COOK TIME 10 Min
READY IN 25 Min

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (15.5 ounce) can beans
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
or water boiled tomatoes (remove skin), cut up
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

DIRECTIONS :

1.In large saucepan, brown ground beef (soya)
with onions; drain.
2.Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
3.Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15
minutes or until heated through.
